This is a common question.
As a man, it is natural for you want to pickup girls… and if you’re going to do something, you might as well do it quickly… and if you can make it quicker, you might as well make it easier as well…

What do we mean by inner game?
Well let’s examine it… we’ll start with some basic biology.
You are hard-wired for survival. Your body is built with a range… the fight or flight response is on one end, and the relaxation response is on the other.
In older times, you would go into the fight or flight response to handle very dangerous situations by either running away, or attacking (and probably killing) whatever the threat may have been.
In addition to making you feel varying degrees of anger or fear, the fight or flight response tends to vastly reduce your ability to think clearly. It also tends to cause tunnel vision (you can only see the target you need to attack or your route of escape).
In modern times, we don’t have nearly as much practical need for the fight or flight response… but we still experience the common emotions of fear and anger just as frequently if not more frequently… only now we aren’t as free to run or fight in response (these usually aren’t constructive responses in the modern world…
)
In short, the fight or flight response isn’t very useful for meeting and interacting with women.
The challenge, however, is that it tends to get triggered (at least to some degree) any time we put ourselves in a new and uncomfortable situation… such as meeting a beautiful woman, or just going to a new environment where you might meet a beautiful woman.
On the other end of the spectrum, though, is the relaxation response. Relaxation in the body is the optimal state for good mental, physical, and emotional health.
It is also the first step of basic inner game…
That’s right, it helps when you can just get relaxed!
So to start off with, you want to pay attention to how relaxed you are, and see if you can deepen your relaxation when you are in situations where you could meet interesting women.
Pretty simple.

Inner game can be discussed at length covering different psychological theories… different techniques for developing it… and different methods for maintaining it and/or applying it while in the field (while actually talking to a lovely lady that gets your heart racing

- Just pay attention to what is coming up in your sensory field right now (images, sounds, sensations, etc.)
- Make it as simple as possible
- Pay attention to only one sense if you have to
- Let everything slow down
- Allow yourself to notice your experience of this moment arising a little bit more slowly
- Let it slow down a little bit more
- Notice your breathing becoming more deep and slow
- Let your breathing become even slower and deeper
- The more you slow this down, the more powerfully you will be able give women a deeper experience of who you are
When you slow things down, you notice more, and you can avoid (or let go of) negative emotions much more easily.
Also when you do this right, it creates a powerful trance effect in you… when you go into a powerful trance, the people around you tend to get pulled along for the ride… this includes any beautiful girls in your presence!
Practice this is as many areas of life as you can, and gradually this peaceful, more alert element of inner game will become a natural part of who you are.
In this way, the inner game that allows you to quickly attract and pick up girls will be expressed automatically without you even thinking about it…
